We are required to publish a Brownfield Land Register, which identifies areas of previously developed land available for development. 

The Register includes all sites above 0.25 hectares and categorised as previously developed land, that also satisfy criteria relating to ‘suitability’ and ‘availability’ for new homes, and the ‘achievability’ of housing development.

OPDC has published its latest version of the Register (see below). This will be reviewed and updated as part of the next Local Plan.
