It provides guidance to applicants on how to deliver best practice industrial developments from a design, placemaking and sustainability perspective. It won the 2024 Planning Award for plan-making, the 2024 Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) London award for best plan and was commended in the national RTPI awards for excellence in plan making practice.
