Four people stood in a circle talking

Working in partnership

The transformation of Old Oak and Park Royal is one of the UK's most ambitious regeneration programmes.

Through strong partnerships across government, industry, academia and local communities, we're creating a new district of national significance, where world-class connectivity, innovation and opportunity come together to deliver lasting benefits for London and future generations.

Strategic partnerships

Strong partnerships help us deliver better outcomes for people, businesses and communities.

Imperial College London

We're partnering with Imperial to accelerate innovation, entrepreneurship and investment, helping establish Old Oak as a leading destination for knowledge-intensive industries and inclusive economic growth.

West London Alliance

Working with the seven West London boroughs, we're helping shape skills, employment and growth initiatives that create opportunities for local people and strengthen the wider west London economy.

West London Business and Park Royal Business Group

Together, we're supporting business growth, attracting investment and promoting Old Oak and Park Royal as a globally significant business destination, building on internationally recognised sectors including food manufacturing, logistics, creative industries, film and television.

Working with our host boroughs

Our area spans Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham, and we work closely with all three boroughs to ensure regeneration reflects local priorities and delivers benefits for existing communities.

By combining local knowledge with regional and national investment, we're creating a place that celebrates its heritage, supports thriving communities and embraces the opportunities of the future.
