Breadcrumb Home Old Oak Early delivery at Old Oak Early delivery at Old Oak To enable us to work pace and accelerate the construction of new homes, we have identified sites at the northern end of the Illustrative Masterplan that can form an early phase of our delivery programme. These sites are either within our ownership or have a clear route to assembly, and where land release is not affected by the HS2 delivery programme. Phase 1 The first phase has the potential to deliver approximately 1,500 new homes, alongside high-quality public realm and highways improvements, activation of the Grand Union Canal and animated ground floors. Each site will be informed by community consultation and detailed design work, leading to the submission of a planning application. Construction could start on the first sites from 2029 at the earliest.
