Community Infrastructure Levy Examination

OPDC submitted the Draft Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule for independent Examination in Public on 12 July 2023. 

Examiner

Terry Kemmann-Lane, JP DipTP FRTPI MCMI, was appointed as the independent person to conduct the Examination in Public of OPDC’s Draft CIL Charging Schedule.

OPDC received the Examiner’s final report on 12 January 2024. The report recommends that the Modified Charging Schedule can be approved, subject to the amendments set out in the report.
