Housing Delivery Test Action Plans

The Housing Delivery Test is a Government measure that annually assesses the number of net new homes delivered against the number of new homes required (the ‘housing target’) over a rolling three-year period.

The National Planning Policy Framework sets out that where delivery falls below 95% of the housing target, an action plan must be produced.

OPDC’s latest Housing Delivery Test result for the period of 2020/21 to 2022/23 was 72%. The below Housing Delivery Test Action Plans set out the actions we are taking to increase our housing delivery and achieve our housing target.
