It provides guidance to applicants on how to deliver high quality public realm and green infrastructure from a nature recovery, design, placemaking, movement, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and sustainability perspective. It won the 2025 Planning Award for plan-making, the 2025 Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) London award for best plan and the 2025 National RTPI awards for excellence in plan making practice.
